WikiTree is a free, genealogy website that allows users to research and add details from their own family trees. However, each person should only have one record. This means that, if someone else has already added a person from your tree, you can just link that person to others in your tree, as appropriate, rather than creating a new, duplicate, record. WikiTree encourages a collaborative approach to genealogy.
